This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by EdenMemory (hereinafter "Service", "we"), available at ednmmry.com. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
When placing an order through the website, the memorial video is generated automatically directly on the Customer's device using the Service's built-in video generator. Original photos, music, and other media files are processed in the user's browser and are not transmitted to our servers in their original form.
The Service provides the Customer with the finished video file for the Customer's own safekeeping. Responsibility for storing the video after it has been delivered to the Customer rests solely with the Customer. The Service also publishes the video to YouTube and activates the QR plaque as a link to that video.
The plaque is a physical QR code carrier and is not permanently tied to a specific video — if needed, the Customer can independently reactivate the plaque by uploading a new video or changing the link using the plaque password.
We do not store original photos, music, or video materials provided for generation.
The Service maintains backup copies of data on its own storage and/or cloud services. However, the existence of a backup does not guarantee the ability to restore data or reactivate the plaque during server downtime, storage failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Each plaque is protected by an individual password known only to the Customer. Using the password, the Customer can independently:

The Service is not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures, third-party actions, or force majeure events, including but not limited to: power outages, DDoS attacks, hosting hardware failures, video removal by YouTube, or government actions.

The Service includes a free petition signature collection platform — "PetitsiyA". Participation is entirely voluntary. No one is required to publish a petition through our platform.
How it works technically: The platform does not collect signatures directly — it aggregates (parses) signature data from official sources, such as the official e-petition platform. Signatories sign on the official platform themselves; our service tracks and displays this activity to simplify coordination between participants.
Data collected in the course of platform operation:
Public nature of signatures: Petition signatures are public. By signing a petition, you agree that your name will be displayed in the list of signatories, visible to other users and the petition author.
Mandatory condition for publishing a petition: To publish your own petition on the platform, you must first sign at least one other petition. This requirement serves as a technical and organizational means of verifying real participants and reducing abuse. By signing a petition to fulfill this requirement, you confirm that you do so consciously and voluntarily.
Advertising: The platform is free of charge. To support its operation, it may display advertising for EdenMemory's own products and services. No third-party advertising is placed.
Liability: The platform provides a technical tool for collecting signatures. We are not liable for petition content, its compliance with applicable law, outcomes of review by authorities, or any consequences related to the petition. Responsibility for petition content rests solely with its author.
We reserve the right to remove any petition that violates Ukrainian law, contains incitement to violence, discrimination, or other illegal content — without prior notice or explanation.
The Service uses technical cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics are performed using internal tools only, without sharing data with external analytics platforms.
The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
